Sunday 03/01 - Another 3 inches yesterday and overnight. It was mostly cloudy this morning with the sun trying to peek out. It never made it out. After going to mass this morning, we made lunch and went to Copper Mtn. But instead of skiing we went snow shoeing. They have several trails that go all the way to Vail Pass which is 6 miles away. We decided on one that is about 2 1/2 miles roundtrip. The trail is well marked and goes under the main interstate highway rt 70. On the way back, the snow increased and we stepped up the pace. When we returned home I just fell on the couch and took a NAP. The snow has continued into the evening. Maybe we will get more than 3 inches overnight.
