Tuesday 02/10 - Surprise this morning. There was a trace of snow on the cars and streets and heavy clouds hung over the mountains. Maybe we will get an inch or two. The snow lasted until 2pm with a good 3 inches on the ground. We started to ski at Keystone about 11am and it seemed we were skiing in the clouds. Visibility was limited and that may have been the reason for so many accidents we saw on the slopes. The first aid and ski patrol people were busy. However, by the end of the day the visibility improved and we had an expected good day on the slopes. Weather forecasts are calling for more snow overnight. We will take any snow accumulations.
