Friday 02/13 - Today is Friday the 13th. I wonder what will
happen. It was a Blue Bird day. Total sunshine and warm. Temps hit 47 degrees
and not a cloud in the sky. We went to Copper Mtn and while the lift lines were
a little crowded, the sky rides were empty. This weekend will bring all of the vacationers
and Denver
people to the slopes. It will be one of the most crowded of the season. We
skied for several hours and then went home. You really need to put the suntan
lotion on or you will get a real burn. The snowboard park had many skiers
trying out their skills. Many of the weekend skiers must still be trying to get up the mountain because he Arapaho
Cafe wasn't as crowded as usual. Grad that I will not be trying to ski
tomorrow.
